Vialto Partners expands US leadership team with four senior hires

Four new professionals join Vialto to support growing immigration, equity, payroll, and global mobility tax practices

NEW YORK, October 20, 2025 – Today Vialto Partners, a global leader in workforce mobility, tax, and immigration solutions, announced four new hires as part of its regional expansion strategy in the Americas. These additions to Vialto’s team will drive growth, innovation, and high-quality service delivery across multiple service lines.

The new hires include:

• Greg LaFleur, Director, Sales and Business Development, Immigration: LaFleur is an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, building sales teams, executing go-to-market strategies, and building strategic alliances. Prior to joining Vialto, he held sales leadership positions at ADP and Equifax.
• Matt Murawski, Director, Global Equity and Rewards: Murawski rejoins Vialto from PwC, and is deeply experienced advising organizations on equity compensation and reward strategies across diverse and complex business environments. He partners with multinational companies to navigate the complexities of global compliance, tax, and mobility, ensuring equity programs align with both business objectives and employee experience.
• Chris Pretorius, Director of Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Equity: Pretorius began his career with PwC in South Africa and also worked in several offices in the US. He moved to Apple in 2014, focusing on compensation, payroll, equity, business travelers, accounting, and direct and indirect taxes. He joins Vialto after serving as director of payroll at the University of Texas.
• Salwa Tarabay, Director, Global Equity and Rewards: Tarabay joins Vialto from EY, and brings expertise in tax, compensation, and mobility. She specializes in the global requirements of equity-based compensation plans and long-term incentive strategy. Her experience includes roles in Geneva, New York, and Houston.
