Experienced private client and mobility tax leader joins to accelerate growth
in Vialto Private practice
NEW YORK, June 17 2026 – Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including immigration and tax solutions, today announced that David (Dave) Zydek has joined the firm as a partner. In this role, Zydek will bring his deep expertise serving high-net-worth families, corporate executives, and global mobility clients on a wide variety of complex matters. Dave will also bring his experience leading large-scale mobility and executive tax programs, including Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) tax programs, to Vialto and its private client practice.
A Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of tax and professional services experience, Zydek is recognized for combining deep technical expertise with a relationship-driven approach to client service. He has built and led high-performing teams, developed successful private client and mobility practices, and cultivated trusted relationships with financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, high-net-worth families, corporate executives, and global mobility contacts around the world.
Most recently, Zydek served as a leader with BDO’s Private Client Services practice. In this role, he specialized in serving US domestic and international high net worth clients, with a focus on executive and RIA tax programs. Prior to joining BDO, Zydek spent nearly 23 years at KPMG LLP, including nearly nine years as a Tax partner in the firm’s Global Mobility Services practice.
