Sokel oversees several key areas in Vialto Partners’ financial strategies
New York, October 1, 2025: Vialto Partners, a leader in global work, tax, and immigration solutions, today announced the recent appointment of Judah Sokel, CFA, as Senior Vice President of Finance. Sokel plays a strategic role in overseeing financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investor relations (IR), and M&A, guiding the firm’s financial strategy and growth objectives. He reports directly to Chief Financial Officer Brian Coderre.
Sokel is an accomplished finance leader with experience spanning strategic finance, equity research, investor relations, and treasury for global organizations. Prior to joining Vialto, he served as SVP of Finance at Sterling Check, where he led the global FP&A function and built and led Sterling’s global Treasury and IR functions post-IPO. Sokel also played a central role in Sterling’s $2.2 billion acquisition by First Advantage in 2024, leading on-deal synergy planning, due diligence, and integration efforts.
Before joining Sterling, Sokel spent nearly a decade at J.P. Morgan as a top-ranked equity research analyst, covering the Business and Information Services industries and supporting multi-billion-dollar IPOs and M&A transactions. He began his career in public accounting at PwC and RSM McGladrey. Sokel holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Touro University, and he is a licensed CPA and CFA Charterholder.
